Bid: An offer of Brand Support made by a Brand for a Listing at a Venue’s.

Brand: a party who has the legal authority to offer Brand Support in respect of a product.

Brand Support: The support offered by a Brand to a Venue in the form of Listing Fees, Free Stock, Discounts, Rebates and Marketing Budget (including any terms and conditions).

Estimated Volume: A Venue's estimate of the volume they will purchase for a Listing (Note, the total volume of a category purchased by a Venue may be different to the Estimated Volume).

Event: The Listing Type for a product served at a specific event hosted by a Venue.

Featured Drink: The Listing Type for a product promoted by a venue on a seasonal drinks list (e.g. Gin of the Month).

Free Stock: The amount of stock (a product) provided by a Brand to a Venue free of charge.

House Pour: The Listing Type for a product that is served when a customer does not specify a particular brand.

Listing: The listing of a product in a Venue.

Listing Agreement: The agreement between a Venue and a Brand for a Listing.

Listing Fees: The cash component of a Listing Agreement.

Listing Length: The amount of time (in days/months/years) for a Listing.

Listing Period: The dates for which a product is listed in a Venue.

Listing Type: The type of listing opportunity being tendered by a Venue, i.e. House Pour, Standard Listing, Featured Drink or and Event.

Marketing Budget: A budget given by a brand to a venue for marketing the brand's product, e.g. Glassware, point of sale, distillery tours, staff incentives and any other quantifiable marketing support.

Rebate: The discount applied after a venue has purchased a product.

Discount: The discount applied by a brand upfront.

Standard Listing: A Listing Type for when a customer requests a brand by name.

Tender: A invitation by Venues to Brands to submit Bids to supply products (and Brand Support) to Venues

Tender Description: A venue's description of the tender opportunity.

Tender Length: The amount fo time (in days/months) for which a tender is open to new bids.

Tender Period: The dates for which a tender is available for new bids.

Venue: A party who has the legal authority to accept Brand Support.
