Q: Can I bid with a portfolio?
A: No.

Q: What if the tender is for a range of products within a category?
A: Bid with the main product within your range and add in the terms the other products that are included in the bid. For example, if the tender is for a range of Tonic Waters & Mixers, then bid with the main Tonic Water and in the attachment and the Other Support and Terms fields enter which products are included.

Q: What if my bid is conditional on other bids / taking other products from my portfolio?
A: Bid on all the relevant tenders for that venue, add in brand support relevant to each product and add any overarching support to one bid. In the Other Support and Terms field, make clear that the bid is conditional.

Q: How will the Venue know this is conditional and see my portfolio offer?
A: Venues can all bids from a Brand together, just like offline listing agreements are present to them.
